You may feel increased mental and physical energy, a boost in alertness and enthusiasm, and fewer negative feelings after getting into a routine of practicing yoga.

According to the National Institutes of Health, scientific evidence shows that yoga supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, weight loss and quality sleep.

From Yogis to those having trouble touching their toes, all are welcome.
Based on Sumit Banerjee's sequence, we move and breathe together through a series of poses that combine the benefits of Birkram's standing practice with the energetic flow of Vinyasa. This practice is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and focus as well as restore balance to an overworked mind in a gently heated room and set to carefully chosen music that allows your body to connect to a beat for energy or to quickly return to calm.
Focus is on the awareness of the breath and sensations in the body to harmonize a balance of effort and ease. You will learn to use the breath to align and develop a stronger mind-body connection and grow in strength and flexibility amongst deep stretches. Your practice will become a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Leaving your body feeling light and cleansed.
Felicia Kreitl
Yoga Instructor
I'm excited to meet you and share my passion for the benefits, community, and fun yoga has to offer.
I've had the good fortune of living in Asia for a couple of years where my appreciation for the ancient wisdom and traditions of the East deepened and my understanding of this practice was greatly enriched as I was able to learn from gurus, sadhus, and sannyasin.
I am a Yoga Alliance 500 hour registered yoga teacher and I'm also certified in yoga Nidra, yin yoga, and trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness, all through Yoga Alliance registered programs.
Yoga is comparable to studying the user's manual that should have come with your body! This ancient practice is still applicable to being a human and having a body today.
Come join me on the journey to get to know your whole self better.

Her natural ability to teach and guide you through class while providing alignment advice and practical ways to challenge and improve your own practice shows her true expertise and love of all things yoga and people.
